What does a session look like?

Each session begins with a prayer, followed by a preview of the process of the lineage repair. Through a meditative practice, I guide you to connect and resource with your trusted ancestral guides who will support the lineage repair process.

Format

Online Video Format

The sessions are delivered remotely via Zoom. This makes it accessible for you to be in the comfort of your home as I facilitate a session. The potency of an online format works well for this healing model. If you are curious about an ancestral healing session, please contact me for a “Free: Let’s meet first”. I recommend bringing your curious questions with you.

In -Person Format
